BREVE TEMARIO
Resumen del curso:

El curso de "Sonido, interacción y motores de física y juegos" se centra en la diseño de audio en entorno de motores físicos, gráficos y de juego, con aplicación directa en proyectos interactivos e inmersivos de distinta índole.

Metodología: Incluye el aprendizaje de herramienta 3D Audio API de código abierto como es OpenAL (Open AudioLibrary) en el entorno de Blender 3D Suite, así como conceptos fundamentales para su integración en proyectos interactivos donde la navegación y orientación a través del audio en 3D tenga un papel fundamental. Otras referencias a software libre y comercial también están incluidas. Las clases, aunque fundamentalmente prácticas, contarán con un soporte teórico entorno al análisis de la tipomorfología sonora, su siginficación semántica y su aplicación en entornos interactivos y performativos inspirados por culturas no-visuales.

Objetivos:

  • Proporcionar al estudiante un entorno creativo práctico donde puedan crear, implementar y racionalizar el uso del audio y la creación sonora en entornos digitales interactivos.
  • Facilitar en análisis crítico y el pensamiento no lineal en la organización y presentación de información dinámica e interactiva.
  • Mostrar la infraestructura y habilidades necesarias para el diseño y construcción de entornos audiomediales, así como un marco teórico que lo sustente.
